The Operator Philosophy

Most consultants have studied growth. Eric has lived it — managing P&Ls, building and leading cross-functional teams, launching products into major retail channels and driving ecommerce from zero to eight figures. That operating experience is the foundation of everything Marvin Growth Partners does.

The philosophy is simple: diagnose before prescribing, match strategy to stage, execute alongside the team, and measure everything. It's the same approach Eric has applied across five companies, multiple industries, and every growth challenge from early-stage customer acquisition to PE-backed exit preparation.

"The best growth advice comes from people who have actually run businesses — not just advised them."

Managed the goalie product line and NHL pro sales — growing goalie revenue 600% and expanding NHL pro exposure from 7 to 50 goalies in the first year.
