Refund & Cancellation Policy

Marvin Growth Partners provides professional consulting, strategic advisory, marketing, branding, and business growth services. Due to the nature of these services, all fees paid for completed work, consultations, audits, strategy sessions, and project deliverables are non-refundable.

Consulting Services

Clients are purchasing access to professional expertise, strategic guidance, recommendations, and time. Once services have been delivered, consultations have occurred, or project work has begun, fees are considered earned and are non-refundable.

Monthly Retainer Services

Clients may cancel recurring services with thirty (30) days written notice unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

Any work completed, scheduled, or in progress during the notice period will be billed and payable according to the terms of the agreement.

Project-Based Services

For fixed-fee projects, payments made toward completed milestones, strategy sessions, research, planning, creative development, website work, content creation, SEO services, or consulting services are non-refundable.

If a project is terminated before completion, Marvin Growth Partners reserves the right to invoice for all work completed through the termination date.

Website Audits and Strategic Assessments

All website audits, growth assessments, strategy sessions, and consulting engagements are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the event Marvin Growth Partners is unable to provide the agreed-upon service. Any exception shall be made solely at the discretion of Marvin Growth Partners.
