Welcome to Marvin Growth Partners (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Marvin Growth Partners provides marketing consulting, strategy, and execution services, including but not limited to:

  • Business and brand strategy
  • Website design and optimization
  • SEO, AEO, GEO services
  • Content and social media marketing
  • Paid advertising management
  • Analytics and reporting

All services are provided on a best-effort basis and are tailored to each client.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue growth
  • Profitability
  • Lead generation
  • Search engine rankings
  • Advertising performance

Marketing outcomes depend on many variables outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, product-market fit, and client implementation.

3. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Marvin Growth Partners are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of consulting and digital services, once work has commenced, time and resources have been allocated and cannot be recovered.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests
  • Approve or provide feedback on deliverables
  • Maintain access to necessary platforms (Shopify, ad accounts, etc.)

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact performance and timelines.

5. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed as agreed in writing (monthly, project-based, or retainer)
  • Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption
  • Late payments may result in paused services or termination

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment
  • Marvin Growth Partners retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Marvin Growth Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of data

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • No refunds will be issued upon termination
  • Any outstanding balances must be paid in full

9. Third-Party Platforms

We may utilize third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Shopify). We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages
  • Policy changes
  • Account suspensions
  • Performance fluctuations caused by third parties

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not share sensitive business data without consent, except as required by law.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
