Who we are

Marvin Growth Partners is a marketing consultancy based in Swartz Creek, Michigan. We help service businesses grow through marketing strategy, advertising, and automation. You can reach us at eric@marvingrowthpartners.com or (810) 880-5012.

What we collect

• Forms. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, annual revenue range, and what you would like to improve.
• Booking. When you book a Growth Assessment, we collect your name, email, phone number, and meeting details.
• Phone. When you call, we receive your phone number. If you leave a voicemail, we receive your message. If a call is missed, our text-back automation may send you one text with a link to book a time. Reply STOP and we will not text you again.
• Chat. When you use the chat assistant, we receive what you type and any contact details you share with it.
• Growth Scorecard. Your answers to the scorecard stay in your browser. We only receive them if you choose to send them to us through a form.
• Site analytics. We collect basic first-party page view data: which pages are visited and when. This runs through our own analytics and involves no advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use what you give us to respond to your request, schedule meetings, deliver the services you hire us for, and improve the site. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses two kinds of browser storage:

• Strictly necessary, always on. Remembering the site intro, storing your cookie choice, running the chat widget, and operating the booking calendar.
• Analytics, optional. First-party page view data. Off until you accept it in the cookie banner, and changeable anytime.
• Marketing, optional. No advertising cookies are in use on this site today. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and the cookie banner before turning anything on.

Third-party services

This site runs on the Votel platform, which also provides the booking calendar, contact forms, chat assistant, phone system, and analytics. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. If you click through to LinkedIn or another site, that site's own privacy policy applies. These providers process data on our behalf so the site works. We don't share your information with advertising networks.

Your choices and rights

• Cookies. Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page to review or change your choice at any time.
• Email. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Texts. Reply STOP to any text we send and we will stop.
• Access and deletion. Email us at eric@marvingrowthpartners.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it. We respond promptly.

Data retention and security

We keep records only as long as they are useful for serving you and running the business. Your information is stored with reputable service providers on systems designed to protect it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
